The service we received was excellent and prompt. I was kept fully updated all through the ordering and collection processes.
The engraver made suggestions to improve the engraving. What was done looked brilliant and went really well with the ships decanter. The guy who was presented with it was absolutely delighted to receive it.

Sunflowers were my sisters favourite flower, sadly she passed away last year so I contacted you about having one made, slightly larger than you have on your site. Your lovely lady made this, put my sisters name on it and personally delivered it to my home address to save any breakages if posted. I can't thank you enough, it hangs in my living room window for all to see. So beautifully made.

As well as fulfilling all of the practical functions of a jug - most importantly, it pours very well - the jug is a joy to behold. Its form and colour are very pleasing and it is definitely too beautiful to be hidden from view in a kitchen cabinet!
