Excellent customer service. I had to contact the Company about cost of postage, but once sorted the process of ordering on line was straight forward and easy. The item arrived quickly and within specified due time period. Extremely well packed to minimize the possibility of damage during transit. So, the blue heart paperweight arrived in perfect condition and it is beautiful. In my opinion good value too for such a lovely gift. I will also add that the person I spoke to at the Company was very helpful too.
