Very disappointed

The quality of this heart is far inferior to previous purchases. The office agreed to a refund which is an ok result but they explained that I mis-understood the quality of a bespoke product. Sadly as an avid collector of Bristol Blue for the past 32 years this was an insult. Raw glass edges and sloppy finish and fingerprints shows no care. This time opening the package was worse than an Amazon delivery.
