Good but could be better

I wanted to purchase something a little different for sister in law's Ruby wedding present. Finding the options was great but got confused as wanted to buy two. Eventually worked out you had to buy two separate ones. Then, when email received it wasn't quite the gift card I was expecting - thought it would have shown it was for an experience but it just showed the amount and when you clicked on the link it took you too the main online shop. It all got done and they are really happy with their gift, just think it could all be just that little bit better.
